The agent answers and listens
Speech recognition turns the caller's words into text, a language model decides what to say, and a synthetic voice speaks the reply. This happens in about a second.
It follows your script
Your services, service area, hours, prices you allow, questions to ask and emergency rules. It does not make up policies you did not give it.
It takes action
